Retinoblastoma, a curable eye cancer, kills 7000 children annually. We promote early diagnosis and prompt referral through multi-lingual awareness campaigns, manage a global clinical trial group to advance validation of therapies, promote equal access to essential medical care, and support development of sustainable diagnosis and treatment programs, optimised for diverse regions of the world.

The objectives of the Charity are to support work being carried out in the Samburu District of Northern Kenya aimed at the relief of poverty, sickness and distress, the advancement of health education, and the preservation and protection of good health, both for the Samburu people and their livestock.

We collect used Prosthetic Limbs that can not be reused in this country, they are sorted, stripped and sanitised in readiness to be shipped to disadvantaged countries that have a need for used prostheses and their component parts.

Formerly known as Woodland Christian Trust we are working to bring education, healing, relief, care and hope to people in need or distress. We are based in the UK but our primary focus is abroad with those with whom the trustees have knowledge and contact. The Piers Simon Appeal runs School in a Bag (SIAB) - an initiative that distributes rucksacks filled with stationery, learning resources and eating utensils to poor, orphan, vulnerable and disaster affected children around the world.SIAB runs many events including Home Farm Fest, a 3 day music festival held at the charity HQ in SomersetThe charity has 4 employees and 2 part time volunteers

The relief of poverty, sickness and distress and the advancement of education of orphaned and vulnerable children and those infected or affected by HIV/AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. Currently working in Kenya - with Tumaini Children's Home (an AIDs orphanage) and with Angels on Earth - a school for disabled children.

Global Challenge helps communities engage youth, adults, and organizations to contribute to community development initiatives. We support and guide communities as they examine their history and resources, create a community vision and plan, and implement and sustain projects. General charitable purposes.

At TWiQ, we publish Christian teaching materials to resource and equip church groups and their leaders. For example, these would include Bible Studies. By providing these online, our intended reach is global.

To promote for the benefit of the public the smart use of water as a sustainable life-giving resource for human health and the environment. Activities include providing alternative means of providing water which reduce carbon emissions and plastic pollution. The Water Smart Foundation supports partner charities in their activities according to our aims.

To promote social inclusion and integration of African communities, particularly Rwandan Refugee Communities and a networking group that encourages and enables them to participate more effectively with the wider community, particularly in the areas of education, training and employment.

We are committed to enhancing students understanding of the institutional and political in-working of the United Nations (UN) organisation. Through attending simulated UN conferences, students act as ambassadors, representatives, and national leaders of their assigned countries whilst debating a variety of issues in a manner consistent with the procedure of the real UN.

To further such charitable purposes as the trustees see fit, especially to relieve suffering and to promote spiritual wellbeing including human rights, racial harmony, equality or diversity in the United Kingdom or overseas.
