BHR has returned from a trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo, were it collaborated with a local school. The school is made up of four main walls using scrap metal and some sheets, the children learn on the floor, together we have agreed to sponsor 35 children allowing them to gain education. We will now focus on reconstructing the school so the children will have a safe environment to learn.

The K Woods Foundation is a Wirral based Charity providing support to individuals living with Dementia, and their carers. We provide a drop-in social support group, this is our ACES Group. The group provide free activity and cognitive engagement and support for both the individual with dementia, and their carers. Through this service we can assess the provision of short respite breaks if required.

Sport recreation on Scargreen Playing Field involving local football teams both adult and young people, also local schools using the facilities.

To preserve for the Public Benefit a Building of Special Architectural and Historical importanceby assisting with the upkeep,preservation, and enhancement of the Fabric and Furnishings ofthe St. Francis Xavier Church, Liverpool.

We provide artists with a friendly non judgmental place to show their work. Up to 20 exhibitions are staged each year of which at least 3 are open where a theme is set and artists can submit up to 3 works. There is no selection process for these since we feel that having produced a work it should be exhibited. The gallery is run at cost entirely by by volunteers who take little or no expenses.
