The FCRF is established to relieve persons at risk or following cardiac surgery within the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne catchment area and includes the provision of facilities for rehabilitation therapy, advancing education in such matters. We fundraise to provide goods and services to support the school and advance the education of the pupils. We put on social events for parents and pupils to help build the school community. We are working in Partnership with Iraqi universities and UK universities to provide knowledge and expertise to change outcomes for children in Iraq. We are focusing on education, social emotional well being, disabilities and trauma.

The Trust is concerned to see the advancement of the Christian Religion by the ministry of the clergy and other members of Jesmond Parish Church in and beyond the parish of Jesmond. It aims to provide accommodation for curates of Jesmond Parish Church and other Christian workers. It makes payments to facilitate Christian work on Tyneside and beyond, and enables charitable giving to mission work.

We provide facilities for allotment gardening for those who live in Newcastle upon Tyne. In addition to our normal allotment plots we have individual raised beds suitable for use by those with difficulties due to age or disability. We also have a modern ecotoilet on site.
