We provide a safe and caring environment for young people to access after school. Many of the young people who attend our project experience serious level of depravation and as a result have mental health issues which affects their capacity to achieve and lead a balanced life. Our work endeavours to address those needs and encourage, affirm and support our vulnerable young people.

We aim to empower women and girls who have been traditionally disenfranchised from access to existing services, to effect positive change in their leisure, work and social environments. We do this by providing group work where women and girls can meet, have fun, learn new skills and look at issues relevant to their lives, building confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

The charity seeks to provide for the advancement of the Christian religion for the public benefit by supporting Christian charities that are registered with the Charity Commission for England, charities reaching out to international students studying in Tyne and Wear and charities reaching out to school aged children through school clubs, assemblies and holiday clubs.

Provide support for people living with MND and their family's. Provide support for people after they have lost someone to MND. - Support, financial. equipment, a meeting place and therapies

We provide professional support, through external organisations, to those children within Bridgewater who require such support. Furthermore, we organise and promote extra-curricular, out-of-school activities for children and their families. In the past we have also provided social activities to promote community cohesion.

PROMOTING BETTER HOLISTIC HEALTH &WELLBEING

One of RANE's main objective is to continue with the political campaign, to raise public awareness. We organise demonstrations/rallies and public meetings with local, national and international politicians and government ministers to raise the Rohingya Refugee crisis. RANE actively seeks donations to continue to provide aid work at the refugee camp providing vital essentials.

The charities activities include dance displays for public benefit, bag packs in local supermarkets, raffle, hosting fairs, cake stalls, collecting wish tokens, easy fund raising, table top sales and ceili nights.

The provision of Almshouse accommodation in the Gateshead area

In 2014 we facilitated twelve medical students on free elective placements to Mongolia, saving them hundreds to thousands of pounds. From April-December, 140 Mongolian doctors over four hospitals will benefitted from a free English teaching program, allowing them to access English medical resources. We now have 6 volunteers utilizing their expertise in IT, marketing and social media.

Addressing food poverty and Holiday Hunger within Tyne & Wear.

Creative Arts North East aims to reduce social isolation by helping the most disadvantaged people within our communities re-engage with their community mainly through the arts, music, social history, reminiscence and volunteering. We support older people and people who have learning difficulties and/or disabilities across Northumberland and Tyne and Wear.
