The Stow Bedon Fuel Allotment Charity has now sold the allotment of 28 acres of heath land,the proceeds in a Deed of Trust. The income from the investment, after expenses, are used to give grants to the poor and needy of the parish of Stow Bedon and Breckles, according to its governing document.

This Charity receives rental of a field in the village and that sum is divided and paid out to recipients within the village
