The charity holds several events in Wortham each year to raise funds for the maintenance of Wortham church. Events are usually concerts in the church and social evenings in Wortham village hall. Funds are also raised through membership subscriptions and appeals.

An association of parents with children attending Hopton Primary School together actively involved in running children friendly activities to raise funds for the school. We provide funds to buy equipment that the children would otherwise not have access to, provide funds to pay for transport to various projects and provide funds to pay for treats for the children.

To promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment by restoring and managing the habitat of native species of flora and fauna and promoting biological diversity in Norfolk.

To advance public knowledge of the heritage harbour through educational awareness initiatives, provide developmental opportunities for the harbour's stakeholders and promote the local marine environment.

The objects and aims of the Charity, are to make available information and literature on the disease and details of locally available resources. A prime aim is to raise the awareness of Prostate Cancer, and associated issues, both locally and nationally, and to give priority to self-support for cancer patients by promoting regular talks, social activities, and providing time for these.

Monthly evening meetings for local women for friendship, fun and education.Outings to theatres, other WI groups,historical and educational establishments.Practical support for local projects in schools, church and village hall amenities.Run clubs for scrabble, darts and entire general knowledge quizzes.

Fundraising for additional items for school/children both educational and social.

As a resource for young people, we will seek to identify those who are struggling. We will offer small monetary grants for essential items that will help them to remain in education, training or work. Applicants must live, study or work in the Broadland, North Norfolk or Great Yarmouth Borough council districts, must be aged 21 or under and must demonstrate a need.

Managing the activities of the Chaplains for the Jewish Students of East Anglia

The preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement and beautification of Binham Priory. The trust played a lead role in the project,finalised in 2010,to conserve medieval structures and improve physical and intellectual access, . Wider financial support from the public is being encouraged by the change of name allowed in 2012 to emphasis the role of the Friends of Binham Priory formed in 2010.

Payments/donations to Youth club, School Fund, Playgroup, Over Sixties, Under 5s toddler group, funds to help a student, winter needs payments to the elderly and rental of various acreage.

The holding of various fund raising events which are donated to good causes primarily in the West Norfolk area

We arranges walks for greyhounds, lurchers and other sighthounds and give support to their owners. We attend shows to raise awareness. Money is raised by collections, at walks, shows and social events. We have close links with local greyhound kennels and national and international greyhound and sighthound organisations and support them with grants after trustee assessment.

The aim of the charity is to raise additional funds for the school via several fund raising events held throughout the school year. Some of the events are fun events held specifically for the children but also serve as a means of raising additional funds for the school. The money raised is used to pay for various activities and equipment.

Throughout the year our school association organise events to raise money. These events are fun for the children, & often involve parent/carer participation. Events include disco's, book sales, Easter egg hunt,cake sales & sports day activities. The monies raised provide items/experiences not provided for by statutory funds.

Support to clergy and church youth groups operating within the two benefices of Bramerton Group Council, namely Rockland St Mary and Thurton.

TO INCREASE THE AWARENESS OF THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S AWARD IN WEST NORFOLK, AND TO ENSURE THAT THE ORGANISATION CAN SUPPORT THE NUMBERS AND NEEDS OF FUTURE AWARD CANDIDATES. FINANCIAL HELP IS PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS WHERE POSSIBLE, WITH THE TRUST UNDERTAKING REGULAR FUND RAISING EVENTS.

A wide range of activities, study and entertainment for members (specifically for the over 50s). Subjects include Art, Photography, and Crafts of all Types; Classical Music and Book Appreciation; Science and Geneaology; Outdoor pursuits such as Rambling and Birdwatching; Indoor and Outdoor Sports: plus outings and holidays. We recognise the social aspect of learning for mental acuity and health.
