The main activities the Charity undertakes (a) Help towards the overhead costs of a Christian Missionary (b) Grant given to Newcastle University to help with educational assistance

Management and development of an outdoor centre called Milkhope Farmhouse, Kidland Forest, Alwinton, Northumberland. Organisation of educational visits for young people and community groups in the North East.

Fundraising in order to provide school resources or services to benefit children at Redesdale Primary School

The Trustees apply the income of the Charity;1. in providing religious education in accordance with the doctrines of the church of England for persons who regularly take part in the activities of the Churches of St Paul Cullercoats and St George, Cullercoats and 2.in promating the education, including social and physical training of such persons.

To relieve iether generally or individually persons who are serving or have served in the Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces or the dependants of such persons who are in conditions of need hardship or distress.

Raising awareness of the importance of learning CPR to help save lives.Increasing availability of life saving defibrillator equipment in the community.

The principal activity is that of raising finance and developing plans for the redevelopment management of Tynemouth Outdoor Pool.

To raise funds for Rockcliffe First School, Whitley Bay.

SCOUTING. BEAVER, CUB AND SCOUT GROUPS

Award of one or more annual prizes for research work undertaken under the direction of a member of the Association of Physicians of the North East of England, in order to encourage young doctors to research and expand medical knowledge.

Gives small grants to individuals in North East England and Cumbria who have had a Breast Cancer Diagnosis.Grants up to £100. Fundraising events mainly organised locally.

Altering Images of Mentality aims to enable and empower the local community to address all issues surrounding mental health in an effort to tackle discrimination and to reduce the stigma felt by people with mental health problems. AIM evolved from Newcastle and North Tyneside Health Promotion Department's World Mental Health Day planning group but is now busy campaigning all year round.

To benefit and enhance school equipment for student activities. Specialist seating and standing frames are purchased to allow all pupils inclusion into curriculum activities. Specialist equipment is very costly. Fund raising, christmas festivities, educational visits.

Scout Group

To aid the sons or orphans who are over 14 years of age of clergymen who are or have been resident in the Diocese of Newcastle who do not possess sufficient means to defray the cost of affording the youths a proper education

Teaching, training and organizing events for young Chess players in the North East of England

For the education and well being of women through cultural,leisure and sporting activities.

We provide opportunities for our members to take part in the following activities: Education/training, arts/culture, sports/recreation, environment/conservation/heritage.

To advance education, particularly of pupils at Kings Priory School, Tynemouth.

Archaeological society promoting and supporting research into the occuaption of Roman North East England in general, and the Roman fort at South Shields in particular, through annual conference, Roman re-enactment and publication programme. Also supports the wider archaeology and history of South Shields.
