We run an annual Beetle Drive, plant sales every few years, and an annual barbecue with raffles to enable us to keep the Village Hall open.The hall is also hired out to various groups for the same reason.

To raise funds for the preservation and conservation of the ;Zetland' the world's oldest surviving lifeboat (now 213 years old) and to assist in the upkeep of its environment. Funds are raised by donations, sale of prints of the lifeboat and by the holding of bookstalls. cakestalls & stalls for sale of bric-a-brac etc

HULLHARP is a HULL based charity that provides services to homeless men and women in the Hull, East Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Services include: accommodation, resettlement support, day centre and rough sleeper outreach service.

The Yorkshire Saxophone Choir provides opportunities for advanced players of the saxophone to rehearse and perform challenging saxophone choir repertoire. It is also committed to helping young and inexperienced saxophonists to improve thier performance through workshops and joint performances.It is also dedicated to rasing puplic awareness of the diverse range of saxophone music.

To collect interest from investments to provide funds for maintenance on the buildings, insurance premiums and other payments that are required to be made by the Governors of a Voluntary Aided Primary School.
