The aim is to enable patients,their families and carers to help each other materially, in morale and, where appropriate, to help them financially. Its objectives and powers include educating the public to appreciate the needs of renal patients and the renal units, to foster cooperation between bodies, to encourage people to get involved in our work and to give financial help to the renal units.

We provide shelter to abandoned small animals (predominantly rabbits & rodents). Healthy animals are re-homed into a loving environment after receiving veterinary care and rehabilitation. Animals that cannot be re-homed receive sanctuary at Camp Nibble. We aim to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general, and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.

The rescue and rehabilitation of ill, injured, orphaned, unwanted, or confiscated wild and exotic animals, by providing rescue and treatment facilities. Also, the provision of educational opportunities to the public on the subject of wildlife and the environment.

Provide open space for both local people and visitors to the village.Provide a playground for the children of the village and visitor children.

Reeth Brass Band performs music for the local community and assists in raising funds for other charitable causes by playing at concerts and attending functions in a musical capacity.

The Trust controls two adjacent pen field spaces alongside the river in the centre of Thirsk.these have good access and are used for recreational purposes including walking, cycling, dog walking and football.

The Western Front Association was formed with the aim of furthering interest in the period 1914-1918. It is not a re-enactment society, nor is it commercially motivated. It is entirely non-political. The object of The Association is to educate the public in the history of The Great War with particular reference to the Western Front.

We provide financial support to people in need in the allocated area as laid down by the Simpson's Trust.These small grants are given following an individual and/or professional request.The area relates to people living in Malton/ Norton and surrounding area.

The promotion and encouragement within the Wetherby area of high standards of architecture and town planning, improvements in public amenities and to influence the development of the built environment and culture within the town. To hold lectures and exhibitions on the above topics.

Raising Funds to provide resources and support school activities

The Charity is responsible for the running of Wilton Village Hall

We use the funds to enhance the facilities at Bugthorpe Primary School to enable the best education for the children.

We aim to advance the education of pupils of Bedale CE Primary School by providing or assisting the provision of educational, recreational and other charitable facilities in augmentation of such facilities financed by the Local Education Authority. The fund may undertake activities, which promote the charitable work of the school and further the education and advancement in life of the pupils.
