Bozeat Community Hall was initially formed to lease St Mary's Church Hall, Bozeat from the Peterborough Diocesan Board of Finance and continue to operate the hall as a Community Hall. Unfortunately agreement concerning the terms of the lease could not be agreed and consequently Bozeat Community Hall trustees are now seeking to locate avaiable land on which to build a new hall.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for residents of Earls Barton in particular, but not exclusively, by the provision of facilities for playing amateur sports which aim to improve physical health and fitness and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare and condition of life.
