At Heart of the Health Service, we exist for the support of NHS workers. We believe that compassion is the key to staff well being, which in turn will benefit those in the care of the NHS. We will provide a variety of events including 'Time-out' days, 'Thank you Dinners' and Conferences for NHS workers to attend. This is for the staff to take time out for themselves and to 'take stock'.

BACG has continued to promote the understanding of crystal growth by providing support for both individuals and organisations, mainly by providing funds to support attendance at meetings and conferences and assistance, both financial and in kind, in the organisation of conferences.
