The Charity was founded to support the poor and needy in the Parish of Great Milton, by means of gifts of winter fuel. These days make these gifts to people in the form of vouchers which can bee redeemed at the Village Shop.

The Trust awards small grants to anyone who lives, works or was educated in the town of Carterton in West Oxfordshire, for any educational or sporting pursuits.

Weekly meetings and fund raising activities in the Bicester area with members aged 10 to 26

We produce an audio version of our local weekly newspaper, The Wallingford Herald, and other community magazines. Volunteers meet each week to read articles onto digital media which are distributed the next day to up to 40 people with visual or reading difficulties. Each registered listener is provided by the charity with an audio player to listen the recorded news.

Provision of financial assistance for educational purposes to individuals and organisations in Faringdon and the surrounding area.

To support elderly individuals and organisations within the town

We negotiate with food suppliers in the Banbury area to collect their surplus fresh food that would otherwise be lost to consumption. The food is collected by Banbury Food For Charities volunteers using their own vehicle and delivered to Banbury Charities operating for the financially disadvantaged such as the homeless, those with mental health issues and vulnerable young families - all for free.

The primary purposes of this Trust are to provide funds to ensure:1 that the historic Church of St Martin and its mission remain the focal point of the Parish of Sandford St Martin and Ledwell, and2 that members of the Parish who are in need are assisted, whether it be for facilities in the Parish, welfare, education or other support in the community
