WE PROVIDE REGULAR PUBLIC WORSHIP, PRAYER, BIBLE STUDY, PREACHING AND TEACHING. WE ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT EVANGELISM AND MISSION LOCALLY, REGIONALLY, NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.WE SUPPORT CHARITABLE SOCIAL ACTION IN THE LOCALITY E.G. FREE SOUP KITCHEN IN WINTER MONTHS ETC.

To educate the public in history and architecture in the area of benefit; to secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in that area

Village Hall

The objects of the Charity are to advance the education of the students of The Queen's College, Oxford; and to increase their physical, mental and spiritual capabilities through the provision of sporting facilities for men and women at the College.

Each year our income is distributed in the following way: 2/8th to Watlington Parochial Church Council, 3/8th to Watlington Educational Foundation; 3/8th to Watlington Recreation Grounds Charity.

Maintaining a watching brief on the archaeological impact of development in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire and providing advice to relevant bodies in the areas concerned. Providing regular conferences on archaeological and historical themes.

PHAB exists to further the integration of people with and without physical disabilities in the community. By promoting opportunities in which people can come together on equal terms the barriers of fear, ignorance and prejudice can be destroyed.

Day to day running of Epwell Village Hall and ongoing maintenance / repair.

RAISE MONEY & SUPPORT SCHOOL BY ORGANISING EVENTS

The PTA funds equipment and services for use by Wheatley CE Primary School to advance the pupils education. The PTA also runs a number of events throughout the year which both raise funds and help to strengthen links between the school staff, children, parents & wider community.

Making Grants to Organisations

The charity supports Christian work in Nicaragua and Colombia.

Purchase and restoration for resale of buildings of historic or architectural interest in Oxfordshire which are of importance to the local environment and which might otherwise be lost through demolition or neglect. The company also makes donations towards the costs of smaller conservation projects.

To advance the education of women irrespective of race, creed and party so as to enable them to make the best contribution towards the common good and by promoting public understanding of any subject of educational value where women have particular knowledge or experience and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation.

The charity organises weekly classes in Scottish Country Dancing , for all levels of ability led by qualified teachers, with a regular attendance of 50+. It organises major annual events including a full day school with visiting teachers. It provides demonstrations on request, in particular at charity events and makes grants for teacher training and for young dancers to attend courses.

The operation of the local Youth Centre for Woodstock and the surrounding areas including full Youth Club activities at junior and senior levels plus fundraising, trips and events for the membership.

Open access youth club for children and young people age 10 (and in Year 6) to 17 years on a Wednesday evening in term time.

Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents of the Parish of Northmoor, Oxfordshire, as are exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the trustees may from time to time determine.

Primary School which runs Discos, Cake Stalls, Summer Fayre etc to provide extra funding for the school

Maintenance and exhibition of the steam launch Consuta

The objectives of the Trust are the advancement of the Christian religion and the advancement of education and such other charitable purposes beneficial to the community as the Trustees shall decide in The Benefice of Burford with Fulbrook, Taynton, Asthall, Swinbrook and Widford all in the County of Oxfordshire and elsewhere.
