We fundraise to enrich the education and resources for children at Beckley C of E Primary School. In recent years fundraising activities have included Christmas and Summer fetes, the sale of Christmas trees and quiz nights. We have been able to fund pantomimes, Christmas book presents and helped to update the IT facilities at the school as well as an upgrade of the playground environment.

Education and training grants to young people under 25 years of age. They, or their parents, should be resident in the parish of Barford St Michael, or Barford St John, for at least three years.

The FUND. The provision of a departed Sister of the community of St Clare, Freeland, Oxfordshire, is administered to support the charitable work of this community on its work of hospitality at the Old Parsonage (Religious Guest House) at Freeland, Oxfordshire.

We carry out fund raising within our local community to enhance the education provided by the Community Primary School.

The Society carries out research into the local history of Kidlington the adjoining area. It publishes its findings as books and pamphlets.In its educational role the Society holds monthly meetings with lectures on local historical subjects.

The charity owns the site and premesis of the old school, Faringdon Road, Kingston Bagpuize, and the balance of the legacy bequeathed by John Blandy in his will of 1736 to found a school. The charity distributes any annual surplus to the benefit of young people who attend or have attended the school, are under the age of 25, or who live in KB, Southmoor, Longworth, Garford and Fyfield.

Provide financial support for school equipment and activities for Uffington C of E School that may otherwise be unaffordable. Monies are raised through a number of social events and fund raising activities organised by parents and teachers.

The Cholsey Silver Band functions to offer a service to both the players of the band and also the local community. The junior and senior bands meet once a week to practice and to train new players. The bands also perform at local events (eg Remembrance service, Mayor's parade and local fetes) as well as concerts throughout the year.

Bundles of Blessings is underpinned by biblical principles of 'loving our neighbour', 'encouraging one another in love', and 'being a blessing'. We serve our local communities and hope that our faith is demonstrated by simple acts of generosity, whereby gift bags are distributed, in order to encourage the many people who feel marginalised, ill, mentally ill, lonely, or bereaved.

Community Mini Bus Scheme. Serves a number of villages in Oxfordshire, taking elderly residents to local amenities, shops and health centres.

Income for the upkeep and repair of the fabric of St Thomas Church, Goring, and the upkeep and repair of any Church Hall held for the parish of Goring.

Provides support and advice for ostomists and their families by way of meetings, specialist magazines (both national and regional), local newsletters and our own website.Work with our local health professionals to help them to help us.

The Friends is a non religious organisation established to support fundraising for the maintenance and development of the church fabric including the churchyard

We meet once a month and sit in sociable groups, so that everyone feels welcome, in a safe environment. We have speakers on varied subjects, quizzes, social outings, meals and coach trips.

We raise vital funds to help support the school. We organise monthly cake sales, school disco's and Fayres to help raise money and bring the school and local community together.

Friends of Launton Parish Hall fundraise to achieve our objects and provide advice and suggestions to the Hall management committee.

The charity raises funds by various means, for example, subscriptions, donations, coffee mornings, etc. These funds are then donated to the local community hospital for the purchase of equipment which may not be budgeted for under the NHS.
