This is a new initiative to deliver British aid by British professionals in a British manned ship with a dual role to train the next generation of UK and Commonwealth seafarers. Wind Empowerment works to develop and implement small scale wind turbines as a rural electrification solution in the developing world. We work as an international network of academics, practitioners and small wind stakeholders to share knowledge and experiences in order to ensure our small wind projects are as sustainable and effective as possible.
