For Tutudesk UK, the activities during the year have primarily focused on establishing the organisation and building the network and relationships that will be required to ensure that the Tutudesk Campaign achieves its initial goal of providing 20 million Tutudesks.

The Chris Shoesmith Global Foundation helps both backpackers and their families, we do this by giving honest help and advice as to any dangers that can be encountered whilst travelling. We also assist backpackers and their families should something go wrong such as; muggings, loss of any possessions, missing persons abroad and also bereavements.

The Gazelle Trust (TGT) gave a grant to 'Affordable Computers and Technology in Tanzania' to equip a community school with a computer room and train 2 teachers. TGT designed and distributed, with training, an educational aid for reading and comprehension in 4 schools in Rwanda. TGT set up a Youth Centre in a rural Zambian town with a community library that will assist it in becoming sustainable.

This charity is set up to prevent and relieve poverty among less privileged children; who are under the age of 18, living in East African countries (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi), by providing them with school fees, scholastic materials, clothing and all the necessary support that is needed to prevent or relieve poverty, which they could not otherwise afford due to destitution.

MEDICAL HELP FOR CHILDREN.

We will deliver sport for development activities that align with our objects of promoting community participation in healthy recreation, the advancement of charitable purposes through the medium of sport and advancing education of persons of all ages by developing their mental, physical and moral capabilities through leisure time activities.

The goal of EpiconsultAfrica is to improve the quality of research conducted in the field of Biomedical Sciences in Africa through mentoring of junior scientists and postgraduate and undergraduate students engaged in education and/or research at higher education and/or research institutions in Africa. The mentorship is provided virtually using online digital tools.

One Family Health UK is involved in the raising of funds in the United Kingdom to support primary healthcare projects to be executed in Rwanda and other developing countries on its behalf by its parent company One Family Health which is a US-based charitable foundation. One Family Health UK exercises management oversight and financial control of all such projects.

Our intent is to be a vehicle for our community to support those in need and address poverty. We will strive to prevent or alleviate poverty by grant funding to assist in the provision of education, training, healthcare and support to enable individuals to be self-sufficient.
