The objects of the Trust are for charitable purposes only to advance the Christian faith, and to exercise Christian Charity.

The charity holds an initial fund of £25,000 to be used towards general charitable purposes. From these funds trustees will make grants to deserving causes or activities. Grants will be available to any applicant deemed to be worthy of support, It is anticipated that the majority of grants made by the trust will be to other established charities, non charitable organisations and individuals.

The charity supports local church activities, evangelists and church workers, christian charities such as MAF, and other organisations supporting those in need. The charity does not accept requests for funds; gifts are decided solely by the trustees.

Its aims are to give financial relief to any player, coach or official who is unable to earn a living due to illness or injury. This covers all players, coaches and officials who have been registered to play in Great Britain during their career. The relief given can be paid as a gift or as a loan for individuals who are awaiting injury claims.

SOUP provide an outreach service to individuals who are suffering from extreme isolation and are beyond reach of traditional charities who have no family or friends and scarce financial security by providing material and Mental health support. Fundraising and grants for other charities by organising Wellness events and concerts. Mental health support programmes for staff of other charities.

Promotion of entrepreneurial spirit amongst students and graduates, through development and support of student enterprise societies in University and College campuses. Providing support to members of enterprise societies to pursue entrepreneurial skills, information and networks. Advocating developments that will aid the growth of enterprise societies and student entrepreneurs in education.

General charitable purposes

Gives grants or loans to young people undertaking positive activities if no other finance is available.

To advance Sikh education for the benefit of the public, in particular but not exclusively through research, development and provision of Sikh education content to support current and prospective followers of the Sikh faith.

Poems in the Waiting Room is an arts in health and wellbeing charity, providing online poetry for patients to read while waiting to see their NHS doctor. There is no charge to patient or to the NHS. Poems are selected and professionally evaluated for suitability for reading in a healthcare context.
