HALFF helps disadvantaged people to maintain good health/ improve their health through education on nutrition and cookery courses and demonstrations in local towns. We also produce learning materials covering the link between food and health and how people with different needs can adapt their diet. HALFF also runs a fruit and veg shop. Sessions are available for all sectors of the community.
