The Friends of St John's, Armitage is a small charity established to assist in the preservation and maintenance of the Church and grounds of St John the Baptist, Armitage, Staffordshire. In 2012-13, it provided funding and volunteer help with the removal of dead trees and the cutting back of overgrown ones and in addition, was able to contribute towards the refurbishment of the Church Room.

The charity is currently sponsoring a local research project on the early diagnosis of emphysema.

Shoebox Theatre cio is a small participatory community theatre group running professionally supported drama-related activities for those local to Tamworth, Staffordshire and open to all ages and abilities. Shoebox, doesn't have its own premises but operates in the easily accessible Community HUB run by CommunityTogether cic, and located at Offa House, Orchard Street, B79 7RE.

The object of the charity is to apply both capital and income thereof to or for the relief of the poor and needy, or to or for such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object as the Rotary Club of Wolverhampton St. Georges shall, in a duly constituted meeting, from time to time direct.

To provide emergency medical assistance, to the rural area of the Churnet Valley and it's surroundings. We respond to 999 calls alongside West Midlands ambulance service.

Conservation of a library of rare books. The library is made available to all those who are embarking upon or following a programme of research.

The Group was formed to help support Stroke Survivors Carers and their families.We meet up every couple of months to chat and to share our experiences.And to offer help and support where ever we can

Horse Fair is a purpose built care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care. Horse Fair Care Home also provides specialist care for young people with physical disabilities. The Friends aim to improve the quality of life of the residents of the care home by working with staff, residents and relatives.

Fund raising

We aim to help the pupils of St. Andrews by providing some facilities not usually provided by the local education authority.SASA also tries to foster more extended relationships between the staff, parents & others associated with the school.

The Charity holds various activities and meetings to raise funds for the maintenance and upkeep of the Village Green for recreational use by both residents and visitors.

Comradeship and welfare for present and past members of the Royal Air Force and the air forces of the commonwealth in Stone and the surrounding area.

We operate in Stoke on Trent, we carry out big breakfast function and we have one international evening a year attended by approx 30 people. We support Chenobyl Children with a donation and we organize an anual meal for the children of Chenobyl. We donate to the Douglas MacMillan Hospice. We also donate to a shool in Milawe. We donate Books and dictionaries to a school in stoke on Trent.
