To promote and improve health and prevent distress of persons resident in Newmarket and the surrounding areas by the provision of low cost counselling, psychotherapy and related help and support to those experiencing emotional difficulties.

A peer support service to support young people with MS, Education services, such as Digesting Science: MS for Families courses to bring together families to learn about MS and open up dialogue among families about how MS affects their loved ones & the family; encouraging participation in self funding social events and personal challenges such as sailing , helping them feel less isolated.

Sing for your Life (South East) Ltd is dedicated to providing participatory singing programmes for older people. We provide the Silver Song Music Pod, which plugs in to a television. We have recorded original versions of popular songs from the past, which exclude long introductions and instrumental solos. The equipment enables us to alter the key and the tempo of the songs to suit the singers.

The Objects of the Charity are to relieve poverty and hardship in and around Ipswich and especially by promoting a collaborative way of working between individuals and organisations (statutory, private and voluntary sectors) for the benefit of marginalised and vulnerable people in Ipswich and the surrounding area.

Keep land at Grove Park Estate as a garden equipped and planted as a botanical and horticultural garden to be used for providing education in botany, horticulture and nature study for schools under the control of the Local Education Authority.

The trust preserves, for public benefit, the land and buildings of the Garrett Engineering Works, established in Leiston, Suffolk in 1778 together with engines and other artefacts made there. The museum also collects and preserves items relating to the local area and to the history of the Garrett Family, has a strong educational programme and organises visits, lectures and fundraising events.
