Horn Hero aims to assist to conserve all natural ecosystems whether land based or within the oceans surrounding the Horn of Africa (Somalia/Ethiopia/Djibouti). We fight to eliminate habitat destruction by managing the biodiverse zones and teaching individuals/groups/businesses/government agencies how to sustainably work while protecting wildlife habitats/marine life habitats.

The activities of the Institute of Community Studies were transferred to the Young Foundation, (charity number 274345), in April 2005.

OH Development Trust was set up in 1974. Its objects are the advancement of charitable, religious, social and educational work through Oxford House.

A completion of survey in 2009. Fund-raising events held in the UK. Trip to Bangladesh in Nov 2010. Helped those in need the most from the information on our survey. Built 48 tin roofs providing shelter. 20 water pumps for sanitation and basic living. 3 sewing machine for financial self support. Medication for 50 people for their basic health needs. All this has helped towards a successful year.

General charitable purposes

FECP has been set up to support local communities through improving the lives of those that are or might be socially excluded & promoting community cohesion across barriers of age, race, religion, class etc. FECP is initially operating in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets & until further funds are raised is providing activities to & support for young people who are within our criteria.

It aims to meet the needs and aspirations of local Bangladeshi and BAME women, providing advice, information and guidance on health, education, housing, translation service, ESOL and a range of other challenges that many Bangladeshi families currently faces. It also aims to prevent isolation and social exclusion by targeting its services at particularly hard to reach groups.

Works for the promotion,retention and recruitment of governors in the Borough, advice, guidence and supports serving governors in the performance of their duties and responsibilties, educational activities, raise awarenes of parents/governors/prospective governors. Organise workshops, seminars,conferrence for parents, governers, guardians and careers.

Mercy and its members are please with the Group's achievements over the last 12 months :Supported orphans institution in Bangladesh Provided education support to children and young people.Provided advice and information to disadvantaged people on employment. Supported people suffer from domestic violence and family problems.Helped poor people for medication and shelter.

The Stuart Feakins Trust want to fund innovative, fun and active projects that will support the young people in Hackney that have less opportunity than others; and those projects will enable young people to experience new things, define their aspirations and help give them the tools to achieve them. We focus on activities related to sport, film, music, outdoor activities.

Tower Hamlets Street Pastors is a community response to urban problems. Volunteers from local churches patrol the streets of our area at night in places where the nightlife is at its most 'edgy'. They endeavour to care for, listen to and help all those they meet.
