The Association works under the name of The Circle Club and offers a weekly lunch club for elderly people.

The charity was constituted on 20 December 2013 and was entered on to the register of charities on 24 January 2017. The principal activities of the charity are to work with and support vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people to overcome their personal circumstances, many of whom may have experienced difficulties as a result of financial hardship, family breakdown, neglect or abuse.

To provide childcare and advance the development and education of children and young people, in particular, having regard to the development of social skills and self-confidence of children under statutory school age.

HGMF organises and runs a series of weekend afternoon summer music events in Horsham. Our ethos is to create an inclusive whole community entertainment and educational experience for local people and a performance opportunity for musicians and singers across all age groups and ethnicities including those with disabilities.

Proviging support funding to support individuals to access activities through the Adur Outdoor Activities Centre and rasie money for equipment to support those activities.

We provide a friendly environment in Haslewey where older people can socialise and take part in activities such as keep fit, computers and art/film clubs. We have almost 50 volunteers.The Orchard (Wifi) Cafe has a varied menu and provides a subsidised hot meal a day for the elderly but is inviting to the full range of ages who use the Haslewey Centre.

To advance the education of the students at Oathall Community College by providing and assisting with the provision of facilities for education at the college (not normally provided by the Local Education Authority)

Generates income from investments to support various charities in the area - from April 2013 the Charity had distributed to charitable causes the vast majority of its assets and is currently in the process of considering final closure.

PROVIDING EXTRAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHILDREN AND PROMOTING BETTER RELATIONS BETWEEN PARENTS AND BETWEEN PARENTS AND THE SCHOOL

Building container clinics and erecting them in Africa. Supplies donated by hospitals, and the public incl. PC's, mobile phones and clothing, to medical supplies,and educational materials. Music, drama and arts events in the UK. Exchange community programmes in Sussex, and Kenya, and Gambia, including underprivileged and disabled people. Exchange teaching of the arts in both countries.

The charity was created following an application by the Parish Council for ownership of the land in October 1979, approved in November 1979 and registered in 1980 (Commons Registration Act 1965). The council is the sole trustee of the charity and linked charity 279976-1. The Governing Document confirms it is a place for exercise and recreation for the inhabitants of the parish and neighbourhood.
