PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY FACILITY FOR USE BY THE VILLAGERS AND RESIDENTS IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS. THE HALL IS USED FOR VILLAGE EVENTS AND IS USED BY A NUMBER OF GROUPS AND CLUBS FOR REGULAR SPORTING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.

Organisations and individuals in towns where we have optical practices; particularly disabled, disadvantaged.

Various fund raising events are held during the year, such as a 5-a-side tournament, sponsored marathons, 3 Peaks Challenge etc. Funds are provided to support research groups working on Strep A prevention, diagnosis and cure. Research results are published in the public domain as relevant. Information on Strep A and related topics is given out at each event and on the charities web site.

Preparations to alter St Mary's Church Devizes into an Arts and Community area while still maintaining the chancel for religious services, for the benefit of the residents of Devizes and the neighbourhood.

Providing a Museum/Art Gallery and/or Educational Centre for the general public benefit and preserving, displaying and presenting artefacts and information relating to the History of Amesbury and surrounding area.
