Put on events for the pupils of Harold Wood Primary School, their families and the local community to raise funds for the school. These activities include but are not limited to Summer and Christmas fayres, Mother and Father's Day gift sales, Firework displays and the selling of discounted tickets to local attractions.

GENERAL FUNDRAISING

The school fund raises funds through voluntary donations which are used to provide support to the school to enhance the provision of education.

The management committee are responsible for the running of a community centre. The centre is used by groups for various activities e.g Playgroup. The building is also used for weddings and parties. The committee also fundraise by holding dances, table top sales and bingo.

To raise money to support Weald of Kent Grammar School

The management of Compton Martin Village Hall which offers a community base for well established and innovative user groups both within the community and the surrounding area. Our hall hire fees to these groups provides the primary source of income.The trustees hold fund raising events to augment this letting income. This supports the long term aim of maintaining the fabric of the hall.

Poverty, malnourishment, housing families, orphanage, supporting a clinic, medical problems and operations, education and schooling.We do this by sponsorship, fundraising events, collecting boxes etc.Our area of operation is Benin in West Africa, we help anyone in that country whatever their background, belief or religion.

We are a PTA raising money for the school. We raise money by holding fund-raising events that are targeted to appeal to the parents, staff and pupils of the School and so bring them together and enhance their relationships. This year the events included Party in the Playground, Christmas Fair, Quiz Night, Film Club, Summer Ball, Spring Trail, used uniform sales and Summer Fun.

Variety of school-based fund raising activities held throughout school academic year, such as fireworks event, Christmas and Summer fayres, mothers and fathers day, children's disco, social events, and raffles.

The trustees administer and maintain a building for the use of by local charities, organisations and inhabitants of Wilton and the surrounding areas for such activities as fund raising, meeting facilities and recreational purposes.The work of maintaining a booking diary, keeping accounts and daily maintenance and upkeep of the facility is undertaken by the trustees with the help of a caretaker.

Service Club. Fundraising and giving financial and practical help to those less fortunate than ourselves

The charity has raised money from various activities including Christmas Bazaar, Summer Fete, Childrens Discos, Shopping Trips, Quizz Nights, Film Nights. All these activities have helped to raise money for play equipment within the school.

Friends of St Katharine's School (FSK) raise funds for St Katharine's C of E (VA) Primary School, Bournemouth, Dorset.

All types of Fundraising on Hayling Island,, Christmas Float, Easter Collections, street collections etc.in as much that all funds collected would be only for the public benefit of the community.

FUNDRAISING TO PROVIDE ACTIVITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR PUPILS OF YSGOL MAES Y COED (SPECIAL SCHOOL)

The village hall is a non-profit making facility funded entirely through rental charges, donations and fundraising events.

To advance the education of all pupils of Highsted Grammar School by providing educational, recreational, or other charitable services in augmentation of those facilities financed by the EFA . There is an established pattern of fundraising activities allowing for the provision of school trips, visits or other activities, together with the funding of additional equipment or resources.

Approximately a dozen volunteers run the site as a public museum and gardens, with free entry. The volunteers look after the museum and gardens in terms of everything from curatorship and collection care, to general maintenance, gardening and cleaning. Volunteers also ensure the museum is open to the public, and look after all publicity, promotion and small scale fundraising.

Concert performances, competitions and festivals. Community Links made through schools, bands and other charities. Patrons Society gives supporters opportunity to get involved in actively supporting the band attending their own concerts and receiving quarterly newsletters. Supporting the band has become a keen interest for many of our Patrons helping organise concerts and fundraising activities.

Dunsford PTFA supports the children, staff, buildings and activities of Dunsford Community Academy. We do this through fundraising and using those funds to pay for 'extras' for the school such as educational visits, parties and playground equipment. We also provide the essential backing to the asset that is their school swimming pool which functions as a form of community pool.

We are a choir providing a musical education to our members. Anyone with musical ability may join and those in genuine financial difficulty are excused the annual fee. We support professional musicians by commissioning pieces from them and hiring them as soloists; and we raise funds for other charities through carol singing.

Providing safe free space for vulnerable groups, providing meeting space for childrens groups, yoga, line dancing, dance groups, Poole Pentecostal Church. Raising funds for cancer patients, running annual community events

We provide social activities for young people from age 5 to 17, including sports, cookery & handicrafts. These mainly take place in the safe environment of our own premises. We hold various functions to raise money for the Group i.e. Quiz & Chip nights & raffles.

Provides a facility for local people to meet at many different groups, including a Youth Club and Bowls club and provides a venue for Scarecrow Day, and other local fund-raising events.

THE CHARITIES ACTIVITIES ARE IN THE MAIN FUNDRAISING, INCLUDING AMONGST OTHERS AN ANNUAL SLEIGH WITH FATHER CHRISTMAS AROUND THE STREETS OF RAYLEIGH, HOCKLEY & HULLBRIDGE. STALLS AT FAIRS/SHOWS AN EASTER EGG RAFFLE, ANNUAL FIREWORKS DISPLAY. ALL MONIES BEING GIVEN ENTIRELY TO CHARITY.
