The charity raises funds to enable it to make grants to organisations and individuals in need within its local area. We operate a tail lift enables minibus using volunteer drivers from within the club to provide transport to mainly elderly local residents. We support international appeals raised by our parent body, Lions Clubs International.

TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE SCHOOL THROUGH WHOLE SCHOOL EVENTS SUCH AS FIREWORKS, CHRISTMAS AND SUMMER FAIRS, QUIZ NIGHTS AND SMALLER FUNDRAISING ENTERPRISES.A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF PROFIT IS GIVEN TO CHARITY.

Fund raising to aid the development of the children at Paternoster Special Needs School

Undertake fund-raising activities, usually at Stratton school, involving parents, children, school staff and members of the local community to generate funds to buy equipment for the school and to sometimes subsidise activities undertaken by the children.

FUNDRAISING FOR ALRESFORD PRIMARY SCHOOL BY HOLDING FUN EVENTS FOR THE WHOLE COMMUNITY

Youth training in a variety of nautical-themed life skills including seamanship and first aid, afloat training, land-based personal skills, attendance in civic events including support to other charities with fundraising and participation in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme at all levels, and BTec qualifications at Level 1 and Level 2.

We fundraise to support the work of the school and provide equipment/activities to complement the educational curriculum.

Team Daniel is focused on raising awareness of the prevalence of mental health issues in children and young persons, and raising money to achieve the goal of shining the spotlight on the mental health suffering of children and young persons. Supporting the services aimed at dealing with this issue. Money raised by Team Daniel will be used to fund other good causes providing mental health services

Friends of Kingswood Prep School (FoKPS) is made up of a group of parents who work in partnership with the school to organise fundraising and social events throughout the academic year. As well as raising money for the school and other charities, these events ensure that families come together and feel welcome as part of the Kingswood community.

Fundraising for Milton Road School

We encourage local people to join our organisation. We fundraise at many local events. We produce local calendars and cards, organise a fashion show, sponsored walk, annual fete, the weekly car boot site, flag day and bucket collections. Our aim is to purchase equipment to help improve the quality of life for patients at our hospital.

The objectives of the charity are to raise funds via gift aid and covenants and to donate these funds to encourage and maintain the highest ethical and clinical standards of dental practice, to support the policy board of the Hebrew University - Hadassah School of Dental Medicine, assist dental education in Great Britain.
