Just ride Southend provides all ability cycling in a safe environment. Using adapted cycles on an athletics track based in Southend on sea Essex. We also provide training for volunteers which includes mechanical, social and cycling skills.

We provide a daily (mon-Fri) drop-in service for information, support and guidance many issues, including benefits, debt, relationships, health and wellbeing, housing, etc. We provide home visits and advocacy as needed. Founded in May 1998 Liverpool Bereavement Service (LBS) is a charitable company devoted to providing the only exclusive bereavement service for adults and children of Liverpool and surrounding areas. We have 4 part time paid member of staff and approx 50 volunteers. LBS offers one to one counselling. The organisation offers training courses on "Loss & Bereavement" which can be tailored to suit.

1. We conduct global research on the challenges of women and compile evidence based methods. 2. We educate and accredit volunteers/organisations to provide ground-up, people-to-people and community based projects.3. We seek funding and deliver projects in partnership with communities and organisations .4. We conduct independently designed surveys to verify effectiveness of our programmes.

We run projects, activities and campaigns to create healthy communities by enabling people to improve their wellbeing through movement.We promote free-to-access outdoor gym facilities and educate the public on how to use this equipment safely and effectively.We run a walking buddy service called Move Mates where volunteers walk with people who would otherwise struggle to leave their homes.

We provide a number of charitable services to homeless and rough sleepers including running street kitchens to provide food and clothing. We currently run 7 days a week giving volunteers a chance to work together on these projects. Since March 2020 the first Covid-19 lock down we stepped up our services, this was made possible by extra vounteers over 300 and support from businesses and groups.

Churches Together in Great Crosby charity was set up promote the work of Crosby churches of any demonination by being actively involved in the Crosby community. The charity runs the 'Crossroads' community centre and cafe.This is a not for profit organisation, staffed mostly by volunteers from the local community providing a caring friendly low cost cafe and drop in centre and meeting place.

Open Door supports a homelessness night shelter and daytime drop-in for vulnerable people in St Albans. Set up in 1992, the charity aims to ensure that no-one needs to sleep rough in St Albans and generally to improve the life chances of homeless people. Our main activities are to raise funds, primarily from the local community, to support and improve the service and to promote volunteering.

Our support is directed principally towards Adonai Family Uganda, a Ugandan NGO. AFU has two main spheres of work: a Child Development Centre (Primary School and accomodation); community based projects e.g. micro-finance initiatives, youth work and family related training courses. We find sponsors for needy children, raise funds to support the other initiatives, visit to volunteer our services.

Chesham United Youth Football Club is a volunteer-run community club affiliated to the FA, providing football for young people from Under 5 to Under 18 and some adults football. Throughout the regular football season we offer coaching, training and competitive matches by our FA-trained and qualified coaches.

MenWalkTalk support, organise and deliver Walk & Talk groups for Men aged over 18 across England, Facilitated by a trained Volunteer 'Walk-Leader'. Groups are designed to be safe spaces for Men to meet other guys, support one another and find ways to better manage any mental health worries. Safeguarding is important to MenWalkTalk, and MenWalkTalk is not a crisis support organisation.
