Tansor Playgroup provides pre-school education for children aged from two years old to school age, for five mornings and five afternoons per week, during term times.

We are a local based playgroup offering sessions 5 days a week for children aged between 2yrs - 4yrs. we are open Mon, Tues, Weds,Thurs and Fri 9 - 3pm. We are Ofsted registered and a popular childcare setting for children in the local area. We have recently supported a large number of children transition to Primary School successfully.

To provide a learning through play educational environment for up to 26 children per session, aged between 2 and 5 years.

Willow Rise is a Pre School for children aged 2 to 4yrs, before they move onto school. Providing sessional day care Monday to Friday 9:15 to 12.15.

We offer not-for-profit registered childcare for children aged 2 to 12 on the site of Ysgol Penycae, Wrexham. Playgroup runs from 8.50am to 11.20am, Nursery Plus runs from 11.20am to 3.00pm and After School Club runs from 3 to 5pm. We are in the process of planning for a school holiday club.

The Playgroup provides pre-school education and care to local children aged between 18 months and five years of age.

Sandy Lane Pre-School currently runs 10 three-hours sessions throughout the week with a capacity of 24 places per session. Children are eligible to attend at the age of 2 years old, although they are not funded by the NEF until the age of 3. The pre-school employs 6 key workers, one of which is the Play Leader and another who serves as Deputy, as well as a SENCO.

We aim to enhance the development of children under the age of 5 in a safe, secure and stimulating environment. We work within a framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and families. We have a positive approach to what we eat and what exercises we do. We use the outside area.

Activities are planned to meet the Early Years Foundation Stage Guidelines. The areas within this are:Personal, Social and Emotional.Communication and Language.Literacy.Mathematics.Understanding the world.Physical.Expressive Arts and design.
