Magic Box is a rural Pre School for children aged 2.5 years to 5 years.

At Earlybirds Playgroup we deliver pre school activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum to young children aged between 2 and 4 years old. We also hold a parent and toddlers session once a week to give support to young families in the community, as well as providing opportunities for the parents to understand how play can support child development and learning.

The Playmates Pre-School was established to provide pre-school learning to local families.

We aim to provide a safe, warm, friendly environment where children can develop practical and social skills through play. We provide an educational curriculum across all areas of learning, which enables children to work at their own pace to reach their full potential.

The Village Pre-School encourages each child to develop and flourish in a happy, supportive and secure environment, enabling him/her to be confident, challenged, successful and to have high self-esteem. We work in partnership with parents and local advisors to provide the highest quality childcare for each child. We embrace the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and apply the four key themes.

We provide childchare for 2 to 5 year olds 4 days a week to local children during term time

We provide pre-school education for children aged 2-4 in a safe & caring environment for your child, providing a broad range of fun & challenging activities giving them the confidence they need ready to start school.

The pre-school offers education for 2 1/2 - 4 year olds. It operates for 5 sessions a week (Mon-Fri) from 9.15 - 12.15 (3 hours per session). Each session is structured so that the children learn through play. They can go outside (depending on the weather) or play inside where various activities are set up each morning. The weeks are planned in advance and cover various topics/subjects

AT BARBICAN PRE-SCHOOL WE FUNDRAISE TO RUN THE PRE-SCHOOL, WE HAVE IMPROVED THE ICT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE CHILDREN AND ARE CURRENTLY IN THE MIDST OF DEVELOPING OUR LIBRARY/BOOK AREA OF THE PRE-SCHOOL. WE CONTINUALLY INVEST IN PLAY/EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES FOR THE FURTHER ENHANCEMENT OF THE CHILDREN.
