The Charity achieves its aims of advancing the education and development of children with Special Needs and in particular children under statutory school age by providing pre-school sessions, which offer appropriate play facilities and opportunities. It also encourages the study of the needs of such children and their families and promotes the public recognition of such needs in the local area.

Worship of God in the Congregationalist tradition - Services, prayer meetings, bible study groups.The play groups and foodbank have not restarted since the covid lockdown.

The organisation is responsible for the management of Battisford Village Hall, a former Victorian school that was transferred to community ownership in 1970, for the use of the villages of Battisford, Combs, Little Finborough, and Ringshall. The building is provided for public hire; it is regularly used by a children's playgroup, toddler group, snooker club and for private hires.

Kilgrimol Centre offers residential accommodation for members of Girlguiding UK. The building also hosts unit meetings, trainings and adult support for Girlguiding's volunteer leaders. There is also Community use of the building for playgroups, trainings, meetings ,etc.
