Spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through teaching and teaching in many different formats. Doing pastoral care and chaplaincy work by visiting and comforting the sick, prisoners and bereaved families. Support and guidance to youths, men and women in needs.

Charity has several projects: supporting the community [families, single men or women] who are in need of food supplies through food banks. Support to those in prison [men or women] or families with the criminal justice processes, including court hearings/prison visits. Support carers of Autistic children or adults [any age] by providing a safe and quiet environment sharing info/signposting .

ASAP empowers proactive women and youth in marginalised, rural South African communities to sustainably alleviate poverty by meeting the basic human needs of orphans and vulnerable children, developing community based organisations, training in financial literacy, developing enterprising food gardens and ending gender-based violence through activism, access to justice and victim support.

The Love Moldova Foundation is a Christian charity which raises funds in the UK to support the poor and vulnerable in Moldova and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. We work with Moldovan charities, churches and individuals to fund a home for vulnerable elderly ladies and to support a refuge for young girls at risk of trafficking as well as outreach and youth work by the churches.

As a Christian charity we aim to spread the gospel and to help those in need according to God's word. We want to outreach to children & the elderly we also aim to minister to people in prison. We want to provide people with spiritual care & guidance but we also help in practical and financial ways if we can.

The Charity exists to provide encouragement, mainly in the form of financial grants for young people of Cheshire between the ages of 5 - 25yrs to get involved with crime prevention, community safety or citizenship projects in their communities. Appropriate visits are conducted by the High Sheriff of Cheshire in an endevour to raise both an awareness of the particular scheme and publicity for it

Raising awareness of trafficking and slavery by organising events, providing training and creating resources. Supporting survivors of trafficking through a befriending programme and small grants. Forming partnerships with churches and other organisations committed to extending gospel hope to the trafficked, exploited and enslaved.

The charity offers specialist design skills for teaching / manufacturing projects in prisons in England and Wales, also ex offenders and offenders on licence. Parallel objectives include poverty relief by provision of beneficiary employment commensurate with the Minimum Wage Act 1998, also the elimination of discrimination for those convicted or remanded by by courts in England and Wales.

Junction 7 are based in the Western Area of Newton Aycliffe we provide a crisis intervention program for the residents of the Western Area and surrounding areas of Newton Aycliffe and beyond. We also deal with cases of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.

Lovewell CIO, in conjunction with LoveWell CIC, creates supportive pathways into employment in a safe community for women who have experienced significant trauma through trafficking and exploitation. Our Mission is to provide training, enabling them to move confidently into employment, education or further training, and build towards a positive future.

The church are for the advancement of the christian faith, in accordance with our core belief for the benefit of the public through teaching of the word of God, preaching the gospel, having prayer meetings and holding public cultural and religious programmes. Also feeding the homeless, supporting children hospice, counselling people with drugs and prison ministry service.

To give financial assistance to those small charitable organisations engaged in the positive rehabilitation of ex-offenders or persons with mental health problems, who find it difficult to access funding from the statutory authorities.

Meditation/ Buddhism classes and courses provided to public. Further classes for people wishing to deepen their Buddhist practice and/or join the Western Buddhist Order. Visits to schools and hospitals offered. Buddhist prison chaplain associated with charity. Point of contact offered for enquiries by public/ Council eg on funerals. Community living by Buddhists encouraged and subsidised.

Kindled Spirit focus on funding organisations, primarily in India, who support the survivors of trafficking, having been rescued from their captors and illegal employers.

The International Association for Forensic Psychotherapy is a charitable organisation which exists to promote the health of offenders and victims through the use of psychotherapeutic understanding, risk assessment and treatment techniques and to advance understanding about forensic psychotherapeutic practice.

We offer 24/7 emotional support by telephone, email, webchat and face to face to anyone who is in distress and despair including people who are feeling suicidal. We also do outreach work in schools and prisons and also have partnership with Network Rail.

NB4U befriend 'lifer' Prisoners in local prisons. The Co-Founders and volunteers visit 10 prisoners every month We accompany them on ROTL's and Home Leaves. We attend Parole Hearings and on release meet them 'at the gate' and take them to their Hostels providing essential items. Our motto is 'Befriending Prisoners, mentoring Ex-Offenders so they NEVER re-offend again' and it works!

Sharing evidence base for crime prevention

For the last 50 years we have been supporting primarily the Italian community as well as other ethnic communities in the city. We visit the sick (home/hospital). Our house is a place of prayer for those in need. We support Catholic Chaplaincy in prison as well as visiting people in work places and are involved in youth programs. We also support special projects in Africa & Brazil.

Samaritans offers confidential emotional support 24 hours a day to those who are experiencing feelings of emotional distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide. Samaritans listen and encourage the recognition and exploration of their options. We make our support available by telephone, email, letter, face to face, SMS, in prisons, schools and the wider community.

Gipton Together offers performing arts and sports activities for young people aged 5 - 18 years that develops their confidence and self esteem, improves achievement, stretches their imagination and expands their horizons and expectations whilst also acting as gang and crime prevention and crime diversionary alternatives.

SWAP Rehabilitation and Resettlement assists potentially homeless prison leavers and homeless offenders referred by Probation and Police Prolific Offender Team.Our Change of Lifestyle Program, addressing mental health and drugs/alcohol addiction, assists the transition from prison to successful community living. Our education projects are helping those with little/no education to build confidence.

To advance the education, training and rehabilitation of young adult offenders and those at risk of offending.

We are involved in a number of projects some local, such as running parenting courses, contact centres, playschemes in a prison, marriage preparation. Supplying holidays for disadvantaged families.

We continue in Community outreach and Prison Fellowship, Swort Fellowship Single, Widows and Divorce, Training for Drama Group and Vine Youth (Voice Training), Spectagular Act School for Unchurch, Community Counselling, assist the elderly, Homelless and Salvation Army with food.
