TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE EFFECTS OF A STROKE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WHO RESIDE IN EAST LANCASHIRE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, ITEMS, SUPPORT AND SERVICES. We are also exploring opportunities to allocate funds to existing charities who are established in this area.
