To disburse community funds received from Wandylaw Wind Farm within Ellingham Parish, Northumberland. Funding is used improve communications through broadband and transport. These are both aspects to do with preventing isolation and rural poverty. The other areas of very high priority from a local survey were sustainability with renewable energies and improving the thermal comfort of homes.

To further or benefit the residents of Feltham and the neighbourhood by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.

The Foundations aim is to work for the common good. Its first project has been to build a new community hall.The Hall has been built and is now up and running for hire and community activities.
