A Rural Youth movement for young people aged 10-26 years. Members can gain confidence and train for skills in drama & entertainments, public speaking, all sports competitions, stockjudging, stock showing and dancing. Life skills are learnt from members running their own club.

To do anything charitable and lawful to relieve and support the wellbeing of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability or other disadvantage people living in the Parish of Markfield and surrounding rural areas without discrimination. It includes both financially or otherwise any Charity led, any affiliated groups or other charitable or community activities with similar objects.

The Yate Genieri Link works to advance the education of the general public, both in the UK and in Africa, and in Yate and Genieri in particular, by the provision of education and training in the fields of the environment and rural development and to seek sustainable improvements in living standards in Genieri. The Link also works to relieve poverty in Genieri and to improve health care facilities.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN AGRICULTURE, HOME CRAFTS, COUNTRY LIFE AND RELATED SUBJECTS AND IN THE INTERESTS OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH MEMBERS TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WHICH WILL WILL ASSIST IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT.

Sponsor children's school fees, undertake training & development projects with schools, run dental clinic, sponsor small-scale farming/agriculture/business projects in Malawi. Give grants towards education and poverty relief in Ghana and India.

Undertake activities to enable women interested in issues associated with rural life, to improve their education in citizenship, public questions, music, culture handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare and to improve rural life.

Canal cleaning,helping local farmer to tackle flooding, elders group meetings, community meals, cultural activities, provide volunteers to local community, information sessions for local community, local farming project and language training for non English speakers.

This charity has been converted to members only and it held its first AGM under the new constitution on December 13 2019. New trustees have been elected and are now registered. The charity is working within the Combe Valley helping the Combe Valley Countryside Park Community Interest Company.

Manages and lets allotments owned by the charity. Leases agricultural land owned by the charity the general relief of the poor of the parish eg. Donations to long term sickness-long term hospital treatment. Supply of fuel, clothing and other necessaries.

Since 1996 to provide children of all ages with an authoritative educational insight into the evolution and development of public transport systems in urban and rural areas and to facilitate and to financially support the offering of rides (free of charge) on vintage buses. These activities have also been extended to OAPs and/or other charitable activities.
