We provide a number of activities to help build our local community. Social inclusion is key to our work in our efforts to build social cohesion. We work with families, youth , elderly the unemployed, the homeless individuals refugees and the BAME communities to effect changes in their situation. We work through one to one sessions and group session to ensure change is on going.

Drama workshops for disadvantaged young people. Workshops for unemployed people which use drama techniques to help them find work. Working with volunteers to make accessible community theatre. Cooperating with other arts and educational organisations. Promoting New Writing. Creating projects exploring heritage and history. Producing new plays. Producing play readings. Training volunteers.

The charity provides about 50 different learning groups to advance the education of the public and in particular the education of older people no longer in full time gainful employment in Northwood and its surrounding area.

Advice & Support.(2) Empowering asylum-seeking and refugee women to take platforms to speak directly about their experiences (3) To promote volunteering as an opportunity for all young people whatever their personal circumstances. (4)Training for employment and relief from poverty and distress.(5) ESOL, English for Speakers of Other Languages (6) After School Club to Support refugee children.

To bridge the gap between Education and work for 16-24 year olds who are NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training) in the Wealden area. a) By developing employability, social and life skills. b) By developing motivation and self-confidence. c) Benefiting the economy and communities within the Wealden area.

The Bury St Edmunds U3A is a self-help group of people who are no longer in full-time paid employment. Our activities include:A monthly lecture, open to all membersSpecific-interest groups who meet at times of their own choosing.An annual Study Day on a nationally important topic, open to our members and other local U3As.We welcome (but do not insist on!) contributions from all.

We are a Barnsely based organisation who coordinate the teaching of basic skills teaching ESOL, Maths, Literacy and ICT to Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Migrants and Local young people who need these skills to help further their education and Employment. We support people between the ages of 17 and 50.

The Charity provides educational , recreational and social activities in the Ferndown area of Dorset for those no longer in full-time employment. Currently there about 90 groups. Most activities are held from mid-September until the end of May. The subscription is £40 for our accounting year. We have approximately 560 members.

Clapham Film Unit provides training and equipment to enable people to tell their own stories on film. We keep an archive of the work created and organise screenings. We provide advice about fund raising, employment and further study in the media industry. We provide a network of filmmakers and a mentor system.

Hounslows Promise delivers vital support for young people and their community, including providing devices and connectivity for students in Hounslow who would otherwise be without, and a community mentoring programme. We also plan to pilot an innovative leadership and employment programme for young people.

We aim to provide a community facility for sports, the arts and all aspects of health promotion to ensure the future health, well being, education and social needs identified by the community of Bryn Gwalia. We provide opportunities for people to gain new skills and improve confidence to help them to seek employment. It is an inclusive facility for all.

THE CHARITY MINISTERS TO THE NEEDS OF VARIOUS SOCIAL GROUPS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE CHURCH. We are an Assemblies of God Great Britain church based in the market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire, which is committed to sharing the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people. We regularly run a Sunday children's programme, a weekly Parent and Toddler Group and also a Christians Against Poverty Job Club. We also support financially children overseas through the Compassion project

The principal objects of the charity are to lease and manage the Chase Neighbourhood Centre, advance education, relieve unemployment in St Ann's Nottingham. To provide facilities for leisure time and recreational activities and to improve the conditions of life for people in the local community.

The charity raises funds to support the advancement of orthodox Jewish education, in particular that undertaken by Kollel Nefesh HaChaim, a rabbinical seminary with a job placement program located in Jerusalem. Their goal is to teach students still in need of personal guidance in order to master basic learning skills, including Hebrew & Aramaic grammar, thereby achieving independence in learning.

WE RAISE MONEY TO SUPPORT AN AFTER- SCHOOL HOMEWORK CLUB, AND TRAINING IN CARPENTRY, HAIRDRESSING AND OTHER SKILLS AND OFFER SMALL BUSINESS LOANS

For the public benefit to promote education of long term and short term unemployed, to promote citizenship or community development by developing capacity of socially disadvantaged communities, the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public, the promotion- for the benefit of the public- of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation.

Further work skills and creating employment for young people with special educational needs and autism. Undertaking conservation, gardening and horticulture activities in our local area.

-We provide a community centre that is open 12 hours per day, 7 day week-Lunch club for the elders serving a daily average of 10 breakfasts, 20 lunches and innumerable hot drinks-Advice sessions on: Welfare rights, Health and drugs, Benefits, Jobs and training and Housing.-an advocacy and interpreting service for dealing with the authorities

Higher potential exists to improve the life chances of under 25s in the UK through Education particularly in Music and Arts and personal development .We aim to target young people not in Education or employment and those at risk to gangs and youth crime through music workshops courses and mentoring programs

Provision of senior citizen support and volunteering, organizing youth mentoring and health promotion including sports and recreational services, delivering vocational education including entrepreneurship, film-making, arts and mother tongue language training , offering job-search, capacity building workshops, research , promotion of black history and other general charitable activities
