Charmouth Almshouse Charity provides assistance where necessary to residents living within the Parish boundary i.e. financial difficulties due to theft, loss of job, accident, Hospital stay, desertion or a death. Annual grocery vouchers to those deemed in need. Help with school uniforms - College and Universary grants.

We provide educational and recreational activities for older people no longer in full time employment. We do this through monthly meetings with a variety of speakers and also have small group activities embracing a number of topics. These may include visits.

Funds generated through grants and community fundraisers help support The Big Dance Company in making their studios and activities inclusive and accessible to community groups and individuals regardless of age, gender, race, religion & ability through the medium of dance & the arts while generating education & employment opportunities for young people.

It rescues women and children out of slavery, offering long-term psychosocial care, vocational training and employment. It provides safe houses and training centres, as well as awareness campaigns with fashion, sports and arts, seminars in corporations and educational programmes in schools, across the world.

During 2016, 180 businesses supported, 71 jobs created. 27 bursaries for businesses & charities, from Princes Trust.Membership provides access to free events, advice sessions & special offers. Support solutions were expanded & the mentor pool increased from 12-22.

Letchworth Men in Sheds is a member of the UK Mens Shed Association. Our group operates in Letchworth and local area to provide a community workshop and meeting space to fight social isolation of those who are retired, unemployed or have health problems. A place for hobbies with emphasis on acquiring and sharing skills and supporting other community projects with practical help.

We facilitate library services by providing a hub of activities for the public in general, mainly focusing on the immediate surrounding of The Felling. These include weekly Rhyme Time for preschoolers, computers with internet access help in looking for employment, applying for Universal Credit etc. Everything we do is centred on improving the local area.

Every week we give 6-14 1/2 year olds in the village of Pontywaun and surrounding areas the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.

We support people living in Nuneaton or the surrounding area who can't afford to pay for practical work due to either being on benefits, struggling with health concerns or having other responsibilities such as caring for someone with disabilities etc. We do jobs inside the home like :- Decorating or DIY and outside like :- One off gardening to make the space safe or more secure.

'Mother Teresa' Albanian Union is an active user-led organization that runs to advance the education and training of Albanian from Kosovo, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro in the UK particularly in London.Enable them to take active roles in their communities, providing advice and help them find training and employment, healthy living, educationally disadvantaged children, young people, women.
