Nalam Vaala provides a much-needed intervention to help young people and adults gain motivation, self-confidence and key academic and employability skills. Our focus was families who were displaced during the final phase of the brutal civil war in Sri Lanka and our work so far helped young people who are not motivated in learning skills because of their experiences during the civil war.
