Children of the Mekong is the UK branch of Enfants du Mekong, a French charity founded in Laos in 1958. Brighter Futures Through Sport (BFTS) provides therapeutic mentoring interventions to children identified by schools to be failing academically and present with challenging behaviour. BFTS uses sport to empower, inspire, raise self-esteem and give confidence to every child working with, with the aim of improving behaviour and developing different capabilities.

Our activities widen access to literature and improve diversity within publishing. We run projects that empower people from disadvantaged backgrounds and deprived communities to get their voices heard, mentor aspiring authors so that they can produce books that are widely read and which dispel negative stereotypes, as well as supporting books with important social and environmental themes.

CYP Yellow Door supports disadvantaged young people between 11 and 25 by offering a range of services and activities focusing on young people's health and well-being. The services include one-to-one advice, information and support, counselling and mentoring and small well-being groups. Activities include youth clubs, sport and detached work.
