NB4U befriend 'lifer' Prisoners in local prisons. The Co-Founders and volunteers visit 10 prisoners every month We accompany them on ROTL's and Home Leaves. We attend Parole Hearings and on release meet them 'at the gate' and take them to their Hostels providing essential items. Our motto is 'Befriending Prisoners, mentoring Ex-Offenders so they NEVER re-offend again' and it works!

WE PROVIDE SUPPORT THROUGH MENTORING, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, LIFE-SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, COUNSELLING, COACHING, IN-SCHOOL PROJECTS AND HOLIDAY PROVISIONS.

THE CONGO TREE RUNS A LIFE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME WHICH USES PEER-LEARNING TO DEVELOP SKILLS IN CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING, STRATEGIC FUTURE PLANNING AND SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING.THE PROGRAMME BEGINS WITH AN INTENSIVE TRAINING RETREAT, ONE FOR LEADER MENTORS AND A SEPARATE ONE FOR YOUNG LEADERS WHO ARE THEN PAIRED UP IN A MENTORING RELATIONSHIP FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.

LTSA provides a flexible supported development pathway for swimmers by providing coached swimming training sessions. Training sessions cover a range of abilities and age groups, focussed on inclusive swimming and continued participation, not just the traditional main target of competing.
