Friends of Myrtle Park Primary School are an organisation who aim to raise funds for the children of the school, through a variety of fundraising events both in school and in our wider community. Events held in the last 12 months include a huge Christmas raffle, non-uniform days and our Jubilee Party.

We organise local amateur dramatic productions, usually 1 to 2 a year, in order to give our community the opportunity to experience local theatre, both through taking part in productions and as members of the audience. We also make donations to other organisations and groups within our community (such as the local school, nursery and community cafe), and to other good causes close to our hearts.

Friends of Vickerstown raises funds to enable it to support the staff and enhance the childrens time at Vickerstown School. We do so by organising events, such as Christmas Fayre and quiz night, and taking part in a local sponsored walk. We also apply for funding where deemed appropriate and when we meet the criteria.
