We are a small charity who raise money for the school. We have a range of fundraising events including organising raffles, special theme days for the children, a Christmas market, Easter treasure hunt and Summer fair.

At present, the main aim of the St. Jude Foundation is to raise funds for the building of a special school for handicapped or disabled children at Mporoto, near Mbeya in Tanzania (East Africa). We appeal periodically to our supporters for funds and give talks to encourage the fund-raising. The special school building is proceeding slowly but steadily.

FOOS engage in activities or provide facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education and social skills of all pupils aged between 7 and 19.

The Friends of Smithy Bridge School Association organise fundraising and social activities to benefit the children of Smithy Bridge Primary School. Egs of activities: Quiz Night, Xmas fair, Oompah night, Summer Fair, Magic show, mothers and fathers day gifts. Egs of items purchased in 2015/16 guided reading books, christmas parties and gifts,school extension fund, contributuon to year 6 PGL.

We are a Parent Staff Association that raises funds for the School via many different activities. These can include sponsored walks, summer fete's etc. Funds are used to purchase items for the school eg. Laptop Computers, New Playground items. We also fund Activity days for the pupils including transportation to such events.

To raise extra funds to provide the children of Osbaston Chrch in Wales School with extra facilities

We aim to provide all children at Colden School, and in the wider community where possible, with enhanced educational and recreational resources. These include the provision of a substantial play & decked area, as well as activities to make school life more fun for all. The charity can also subsidise educational outings and outdoor activities of an educational nature.
