WE ARE ALSO A HOME SCHOOL FORUM AND WE ARRANGE SOCIAL EVENTS WHICH PROMOTE THE COMMUNITY OF THE SCHOOL. BY DOING THESE WE AIM TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN OF THE SCHOOL.

Fundraising for Risley Lower Grammar School to provide resources as needed through consultation with the teaching body.

Children are provided with enabling environments, which support their significantly complex needs. Access is challenging and resources are purchased to support the children eg the outside environment where children learn through play, specialist chairs, and bicycles to support the physical curriculum. Also recording devices which enable their achievements to be shared and celebrated with parents.

William Torbitt Primary School and Home Association host fun events and activities for our pupils, their families and the wider School Community. Through these events we raise much needed funds to enhance the education of our children; purchasing equipment, improving playground activities, providing sensory opportunities for children with additional needs and much, much more.

Our PTA works with our school staff, parents & pupils to put on a range of events and activities, such as sweet sales, raffles, family fun days etc. These help to build the school community and help fundraise for the children. We use our funds to purchase additional activities for the school children such as Christmas Pantos, author visits, science week etc.

For the Religious, Educational and other charitable work of the Religious Society of Friends within the area of the Central Yorkshire Area Meeting. (ex. Monthly Meeting Area).

THE FRIENDS OF TETNEY PRIMARY HOLD SOCIAL EVENTS FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN OF THE SCHOOL IN ORDER TO RAISE FUNDS TO SPEND ON RESOURCES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SCHOOL CHILDREN.

Raises funds to assist school activities.

A diary of family focused events designed to generate essential funds for school. These funds are used to buy such things as water bottles for every child in school, new school library books or additional equipment.

We hold various small events at the school i.e tombola, fayres, bingo - to raise funds for school projects and outings.

The Friends of Millbrook School is an organisation set up to support the work of the school by raising valuable funds to buy those 'extras' that the children of the school might otherwise have to do without. The group also tries to run social events for the parents, as well as the children.
