We cater for children from 5-16 who wish to participate in Scouting activities.

WE ARE PART OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION PROVIDING TRAINING AND WELLBEING TO CHILDREN AGED 4 TO 18 YEARS OLD

We are working with the Parish Council and All Saints Church in Riseley to set up a Bus Stop Cafe at the Village Hall for young people of secondary school ages to drop-in for positive activities and refreshments after school one day a week - launching in January 2023. We are also taking on the premises currently occupied by Riseley Community Gymn from 1st January 2023 for use as a Community Hub.

Providing Scout and Guide activities for boys and girls aged 5 to 16 years.

To encourage children from the ages of 6 to 18 to work together as a team and to help in their community as well as within their sections.To also enjoy outdoor activities such as Kayaking, camping, bivvying, rifle shooting all with trained instructors.

TO RAISE FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL .

Raising money, mainly through organised events, and distributing those monies for the benefit of the school based upon a consideration of "bids" from various departments.

We choose films which are popular and we believe to be good quality for adults and children. Screenings are held on Friday afternoons and evenings for adults. Children's films are shown in mornings during holiday periods. Refreshments are included in the ticket price for matinees. There is a bar at evening performances. Screenings are at the Atrium in North Walsham High School.

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, abseiling, cycling and canoeing while having fun. We meet weekly, catering for youngsters aged 6 to 18 supporting them with skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.

The charity ceased to operate in June 2017. Prior to closure, it?s purpose was to meet the ssocial and recreational needs of Islington Youth, open to all 11-16 year olds regardless of race, religion or gender. It aimed to enable young people to fulfil their full potential, and to foster mutual kindness and respect, in a safe environment, under fully-trained youth leaders.

The school fund supports a range of curricular and extra-curricular activities to benefit all the girls at Woodford County High School. The school also fundraises for other charities.

Sci4Us is an engaging STEM club who provide a vibrant environment which encourages children to enjoy and persevere in STEM subjects.Volunteers have come together to volunteer their time to provide a service for children aged 6-16 of all backgrounds and races to enjoy. We provide opportunities for students to experience a hands on approach to learning and taking part in experiments.

Preventative Programmes. Working with young people in crisis, helping to identify trigger points, communication styles and emotional management tools and techniques. Inspirational and Educational Programmes. Gender specific programmes for young people aged 11 to 16, exploring themes such as social and peer pressure, saying no to unwanted advances,Time to Talk. One-to-one mentoring.

Hanney Youth FC was set up in 2006 to encourage local children to learn and enjoy playing football. The emphasis within the club is to include all abilities, both boys and girls from age 5 to 16 and to have fun while learning the skills of football.The club play in the Oxford Mail Boys League and currently have 3 teams (Rising Stars, U10 7 U16) and welcome new players and parents.

Community use of facilities in new pavilion. Provide bowls for male and females. No upper age limit. Looking to promote junior section from 11 up to 18.

The trust's main activity is to make awards to secondary school students, especially girls, resident in or from Kuria District in Kenya to help with the payment of school fees. Some awards are also made to University level students.

The company's objectives are to advance the education of the pupils of Ilford County High School by providing or assisting in the provision of amenities, facilities, equipment or services not financed by the Local Education Authority or elsewhere.

We are a Scout Group operating in Retford. We are open to anyone from the age of 4 up to 18 years old, boys and girls, and adults can volunteer as leaders, parent helpers or committee members.

To act as a resource for young people of secondary school age by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of advancing life, advancing education, relieving unemployment and provide recreational and leisure time activity in the interest of welfare.
