Laamiga is a voluntary community organisation run by women for women who want to become financially independent and gain more meaningful employment. Laamiga's mentors work with mentees to help them improve their self-confidence and sense of wellbeing. In turn, mentors gain an understanding of women from different cultures and an opportunity for personal development.

We provide advice, information and representation to people experiencing employment problems and who are unable to access any other form of support.
