We are part of the national movement of u3a's. We serve people in North Norfolk who are no longer in full-time gainful employment to develop their interests, use their skills and experience and continue learning. We raise funds in the UK to support the community in and around Wundanyi and Mwatate, Taita, Kenya. Our fundraising takes two main forms: monthly giving and individual donations. In Kenya we support four projects which are locally led and organised. We work with a Health Centre, an IT Training Centre, a Community Support Group and a Children's Home.

JCF is a charity set up to support young people with mental health difficulties manage their moods (emotional, behavioural and conduct disorder) successfully. The main ways are through mentoring, drama, art and dance services and training for professional staff and community members; and providing families and young people with a family support.

Promote amateur sport and improve physical and mental health by providing resources, facilities, equipment and increase opportunities to enable disabled people to participate in sport and other activities. Work to improve the provision of facilities for such activities; provide access to training, work experience, apprenticeships and employment opportunities.

Our initial aim was to help treatment of children and adolescents with cancer in Malawi by supporting purchase of vital chemotherapy and funding the employment of a new nurse(s). We have helped purchase medical equipment and provide funds to improve facilities for patients and families. Travel grants for trustees (2) to provide expert specialist teaching and mentoring of staff have been funded.

By using music, Rising Tide offers quality workshops to the community that re engage excluded young people and those deemed socially excluded.

Pro-Seed Prosperity through sustainable education and employment generation is a small charitable trust run by a team of volunteer trustees. Pro-Seed assists small volunteer run charities and NGOs. Pro-Seed focuses on educational and employment generation projects in East Africa and Colombia. It also considers humanitarian aid as well as charitable projects promoted by the Trustees.
