A bush school in Nuu, Nguni, a semi-arid area of Eastern Province Kenya, Ivuusya Primary School has 750 pupils aged 7 upwards. A primary leaving certificate is essential for employment. Contributions have funded a new toilet block and food, water and uniforms supplied. Fund raising currently used primarily for food for those children who may not otherwise a meal at home.

ONCE IN SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION, SUPPORT IS GIVEN SO THAT THEY CAN MANAGE THEIR TENANCY RESPONSIBLY AND MENTORING IS THEN OFFERED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO GAIN MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT AND TO GAIN NEW LIFE SKILLS.

YOUNG WIDOWS AND SINGLE MUMS IN NIGERIA AND UK ARE SUPPORTED WITH EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND GIVEN GRANTS TO START MICRO BUSINESS. FATHERLESS AND ORPHANED CHILDREN ARE SPONSORED IN EDUCATION WITH GRANTS, EXTRA TUITION IN MATHS AND ENGLISH AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES PAID FOR TO ENGAGE AND ENHANCE THEIR WELL BEING. BASIC NEEDS ARE PROVIDED TO VERY POOR FAMILIES TO RELIEF HUNGER AND POVERTY.

Makes charitable donations to the following categories of local people: the elderly in need; those in poor health; those who are unemployed; 6th Form, College or University students; and parents/guardians of children needing help with the cost of school books or uniforms.

Provide support and training for individuals needing additional support to progress with their chosen career. This includes one to one mentoring, support to get on-line, basic IT skills, CV writing and support for job applications

The charity has a disposable income of approximately -ú500 annually, which is available to make grants at Christmas to village residents. These charities were originally created to relieve the worst extremes of poverty by providing coal, bread, clothing or cash grants. Payments will not be made to anyone in full-time education or to anyone in full-time employment.

Working at a grassroots level in health, education and child protection. We provide access to healthcare and facilitate operations for remote villages in Aceh. Provide educational support programs for children, youth and adults including computer training. Actively prevent family seperation due to poverty by providing food, milk and access to formal education.
