Asian and All Women's Organisation is dedicated to support women from different backgrounds regardless their age, faith and ethnicity. As an organisation we work with underprivileged, people and encourage them to develop their skills such as computers, Arts and Crafts to whom disadvantage in communication with the English language. The Packard Foundation runs a two-year fellowship programme supporting social entrepreneurs called A Million Realities. The programme aims to find tomorrow's social impact leaders and support them to become the changemakers of the future by offering them funding, personal and professional development, retreats, mentoring and coaching. The Slade Evangelical Church seeks to provide Biblical Christian teaching and ministry through Sunday services and midweek groups. It also seeks to reach out to and provide services to the surrounding area throughout the week through, for example, youth groups, meetings for elderly people, a toddlers and carers group, meals for the homeless and English classes for speakers of other languages.

Our grants help cover additional costs many students need to incur as a result of their disability, including human support, equipment, specialist software or extra accommodation costs. The charity supports the Association's work by providing suitable premises and making grants and loans to support its work.
