Relief of rural isolation by providing a) community transport; b) befriending scheme c) information and drop-in centre & charity shop d) day clubs; e) ICT training; f) various activity clubs (reading, writing poetry, craft etc) g) afternoon teas, outings & shopping trips as part of Ring and Ride scheme; & h) a community hall in Kirkburton for social, educational activities and community hire.

The principal activities of the social enterprise are an artisan bakery, bicycle workshop and light manufacturing. This work provides time limited (usually 3 months) trainee placements for men and women who suffer from mental ill health and forms a part of their recovery and social inclusion. The aim of the enterprise is a move on of trainees to employment or further training.

Working together with service users, carers, voluntary organisations, statutory providers and commissioners to improve the standards of mental health throughout West Wales. Has helped to develop projects for self help groups, drop in services, befriending schemes, housing, employment, carer and user groups, advocacy and patient's councils

The main activities of SHOC are to provide: Housing Advice and Tenancy Sustainment; Benefits, Grants and Money Management Support, Health Management Programme, Education and Employment Programme and Home Comforts such as hot meals, bathing and laundry facilities, clothing and toiletries. These services are all provided from our daycentre which is a safe and secure environment.

PAC provides therapeutic interventions for young people aged 6 to 25 presenting with emotional, interpersonal and mental health problems and challenges often with associated learning disability. By delivering this preventative work young people address their problems before they escalate, they re-engage into education or employment and live more positive lives within society.

An Annual Award Scheme which aims to identify, celebrate and promote good practice by those working in correctional settings across the UK. Training, guidance and mentoring to those recognised through the Annual Award Scheme, to help them to develop and disseminate their work. Publicising the achievements of out Award Winners and Commendees to help spread their good practice more widely.

A variety of activities are available including - IT Training, Internet Access, Support Groups, Over 50's Lunch Club, Ladies & Mens Night, Beauticians Course, DJ'ing, Chair Repair project, Table Tennis & BadmintonA hall & different sized conference rooms available for hire. A cafe, self service laundrette & charity shop is available. Community events such as discos & holiday clubs are provided.

We are an East London based charity that aims to help build young people's confidence and skills through our activities in the local area. We host weekly running sessions for 8 to 16 year olds as well as one to one mentoring and coaching. We also develop young people's career ambitions through career events, work experience and coaching.

We provide low cost furniture and domestic appliances to disadvantaged people particularly in the areas of Burnley and Pendle.We provide work experience placements with accredited training for the long term unemployed and volunteers. Bramber Bakehouse supports female survivors of abuse, exploitation and displacement. Our holistic, trauma-informed, person-centred programme offers baking and wellbeing sessions. Women learn new skills and are supported to engage with their community and society. Life skills, graduate opportunities and employability pathways reduce the risk of abuse and exploitation and increases positive choices.

Operation of a shop selling donated goods. The shop is used to provide work experience for children with leaning difficulties.

The Bridge Mentoring Plus Scheme uses trained volunteer mentors to provide a one-to-one mentoring service for 10-25 year old disadvantaged young people throughout the Borough of Bridgend, South Wales. Providing education, recreational and emotional support in a confidential, non-judgemental way,we help young people achieve personal goals thus reducing the risk of social exclusion.

Operating on the Westcliff Estate, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, we provide a range of activities including activities for children and young people, information and signposting for community members, access to education and learning alongside a Workclub giving unemployed people access to the internet for job search, cv preparation.
