WE RAISE MONEY TO SUPPORT AN AFTER- SCHOOL HOMEWORK CLUB, AND TRAINING IN CARPENTRY, HAIRDRESSING AND OTHER SKILLS AND OFFER SMALL BUSINESS LOANS

For the public benefit to promote education of long term and short term unemployed, to promote citizenship or community development by developing capacity of socially disadvantaged communities, the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public, the promotion- for the benefit of the public- of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation.

SYFC predominately work in schools taking lessons, assemblies, mentoring, lunch clubs and after school clubs. We cover a variety of issues -self esteem/self worth, respect, relationships, etc. We run social action projects across the area and also a couple of monthly events where young people can explore the Christian faith.

Further work skills and creating employment for young people with special educational needs and autism. Undertaking conservation, gardening and horticulture activities in our local area.

Higher potential exists to improve the life chances of under 25s in the UK through Education particularly in Music and Arts and personal development .We aim to target young people not in Education or employment and those at risk to gangs and youth crime through music workshops courses and mentoring programs

Provision of senior citizen support and volunteering, organizing youth mentoring and health promotion including sports and recreational services, delivering vocational education including entrepreneurship, film-making, arts and mother tongue language training , offering job-search, capacity building workshops, research , promotion of black history and other general charitable activities

Basic skills training and personal development for people in need, in particular from deprived communities, espcially to help people find work

Providing; - Educational support, grants and kits to children with special needs, and other facilities to families in hardship: Vocational training and technical skills to help them to increase skills and capabilities that will lead to increase in income and improved life chances: Training, awareness conferences, mentoring/coaching supporting them (within the BAME community) and the general public

Empowerment and support of individuals to realise and enhance their earnings potential to ensure sustainable self sufficiency, by means of educational events, networking events, one-to-one advice, mentoring and interest-free loans

Still Waters House provides good quality accommodation for persons who have experienced or are at significant risk of homelessness. We provide ongoing support, including guidance, mentoring and opportunities to gain life skills and experience giving them tools to break the cycle of homelessness. We manage a property in Birmingham that we lease from Green Pastures Housing to deliver this.

We are a self-help organisation for people no longer in full time employment providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities in a friendly social environment. We draw on the skills, knowledge and experience of our members to provide interest groups in accordance with the wishes of our members.

We are a voluntary organisation which works to provide rough sleepers with care packs of nutritious food, fruits and vegetables to help vulnerable people to maintain a healthy and balanced diet, enabling them to focus their attention on other, more challenging tasks, such as fighting addiction, or finding permanent housing and employment.

A secular, community-based hub for sanctuary seekers in the Borough of Ealing. The MOE Foundation delivers services to young people to help them to empower their lives. FTF prepare and inspire a new generation of the youth for constructive engagement and by linking communities to discuss sustainable community safety and development whereas a sense of helplessness, exclusion, and desperation is eradicated. To build a stronger community surrounding the North West London area by offering a range of services including Educational/Employment/Housing and Wellbeing etc.

Relief of poverty for low paid employees by providing Employment Rights advice to worker and employers, particularly in the voluntary sector.We provide training in Employment Rights and Human Resources to voluntary sector organisations and advice agencies, promoting good non discriminatory practice in contracts and policies.We provide training to home workers and potential home workers.

MWSC was establishes in 2007 to support international workers and their dependents in Sefton and surrounding area who were experiencing discrimination, unfair treatment and financial hardship in particular in the fields of access to employment, housing, healthcare, welfare entitlements and financial services. Registered as a charity on January 2009 and in January 2014 converted to a CIO.
