The organisation exists to act as a focus point for young people (aged 18-30) in the community of Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, by providing support and assistance to individuals with learning difficulties, who want to lead independent lives and find access to employment, by improving employment skills, as well as personal development.

The aim of The Fenner Frost Foundation is to support people with a learning disability to develop the skills required to access paid employment opportunities.They will be supported to set up a retail business. Here they will be involved in all aspects of running a shop.They will be assisted to identify and source stock, serve customers,handle money and undertake general shop duties.

The Trust supports local Christian Churches and organisations that share the same docrines, beliefs and vision by making grants to fund the employment of Christian workers. The primary method for evangelism is supporting those Churches to hold services, meetings, children's groups and holiday clubs as well as undertaking pastoral care

Arun East U3A is part of the great network of self help groups which form the U3A and promote life-long learning and leisure activities for older people no longer in full time employment.

Assist clients with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and/or Learning Disabilities acquire life skills that will help them progress to Employment or Further Education and to provide support in the workplace for those clients in employment who require such support.

The relief of those in poverty in Bangladesh by by medicine and clothing packages, building refuge shelters, access to clean water, distributing staple food packages; the advancement of education by operating a school for local children and providing vocational training and the advancement of health by providing access to free medical consultations and eye care clinics

Working to support the wellbeing of individuals suffering depression or anxiety or recovering from physical illness, carers who need respite, those who need support towards confidence, self esteem, time away from pressures, development of vocational skills and any other person who might benefit from horticultural therapy.A safe, empathic, calm, nurturing, enjoyable and empowering environment

We operate in London. We promote more inclusive communities by helping older people from underrepresented (BAME) groups, overcome social isolation and loneliness through community minorities-based projects and activities such as; IT skills, ESOL provision, befriending, leisure and arts. However, during Covid-19, we have extended the scope of our services to provide food security and advice.

The following ongoing activities: Prayer session for the local Muslim Community daily five times; Elderly and pensioner club; Job club for local unemployed people i.e. CV writing, interview skills & the job search. Sports and recreational activities for Young people indoor and outdoor games; Homework tuition and religious education classes, community cohesion, and diversity & inclusion project.

Hope English School is a Sheffield based charity specialising in the provision of ESOL classes to asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable adults. We work with a variety of organisations across South Yorkshire to provide community based classes to those most in need.

Pro-tem offers counselling therapy addressing a wide range of issues to people who come from across the north of England. Also offered is counselling supervision, mentoring and spiritual direction.

The charity has been engaged in the relief of porverty,the advancement of religion, counselling and mentoring the inner city youth, premarital counselling and career counselling.
