The Trust has been established to distribute funds in accordance with the wishes of Flora and Roberts Livsey (deceased), namely for medical purposes in the area of Denbighshire.

Rescue of domestic animals, that have been neglected or physically abused by their owners. After medical treatment should this be required, they remain with us and are cared for within the Sanctuary. Injured wildlife rescued, are brought in to our Sanctuary for medical care and rehabilitation, then released back into the wild. All animals are seen by a Vet and given treatment accordingly.

Rural Policing Liaison Group are involved with a number of activities throughout the year, We have purchased Mobile cameras to monitor wildlife crime. We are a UK charity set up to financially support our rescue centre and conservation project in the Peruvian amazon jungle. We have an established and growing conservation project in Peru, which is home to an array of animals. We provide care and temporary homes to animals that have been maltreated, and confiscated by the Peruvian government from the illegal wildlife trade.

The principal activity of the charity is develop a community wood with benches on the Tweed path remembering the members of the community of Horncliffe who served in WWII. The Elmet Greenway group are volunteers from Cross Gates, Scholes and Thorner who share a vision of creating a Greenway supporting wildlife and leisure. Along sections of the former Leeds to Wetherby this will become an key asset open to all.

Norfolk Badger Trust aims to promote and enhance the welfare, conservation and protection of badgers and their setts and habitats in Norfolk. Engaging with the public is also a key objective. Activities to this end are run throughout the year, including talks, local wildlife fairs and field trips. NBT also provide an advisory service, e.g. for developers, landowners and the general public.

The Kingsdown Land Trust aims to restore the land to it's natural habitat. The first phase of this process is to monitor and record the natural vegetation which is done by volunteers. We are also consulting with organisations such as the Kent Wildlife Trust and the Woodland Trust about how to proceed.
